$75 Initial Pest Service

General Pest Services
This service covers ants, bees, bill bugs, box elder bugs, centipedes, clovermites, earwigs, fleas, fruit flies, hornets, mice, rats, roaches, german roaches, scorpions, silverfish, spiders, ticks, wasps and yellow jackets.
Whenever possible. If you call by 2 p.m., in most cases, we can service the same day. Otherwise, we’ll schedule an appointment for you as soon as possible.
Yes, it's a 1-year agreement. After the initial treatment, we'll treat your home every 3 months. The ongoing price is $105 per quarter for the contract duration. We'll bill each quarter after the service has been performed.
Yes, but we advise against it. The 1-year contract helps us ensure that we care for the eggs that hatch and other migrating pests from the surrounding areas. Depending on the home's size and what issues must be addressed, one-time services range from $125 to $185.
There are a few pests we can't help with; specifically bed bugs, termites, mosquitoes, voles, gophers, raccoons, squirrels, birds & bats.

Ants
Ants are covered under our general pest service.
Ants may seem like a minor nuisance, but they can quickly become a major problem by contaminating food, damaging property, and creating large, persistent colonies that are difficult to eliminate without professional help.
The most common are carpenter ants, fire ants, pharaoh ants, little black ants and odorous house ants.
We offer professional ant control services that target ant colonies at the source. Our treatments include an initial service followed by quarterly visits to ensure ants don’t return.
Our year-round service includes an initial treatment and quarterly follow-ups to maintain long-term ant control.
$149 Initial Roach Treatment

Cockroaches
If you have American roaches or other roaches, our general pest services will take care of them. If you have German roaches, on the other hand, they require a different approach.
For the $149, we do the initial flush out of your home and then we also set up a follow up appointment two weeks later to treat any of the eggs that have hatched.
German Roaches are covered under our general pest service, after the $149 Initial Service. For larger infestations, additional fees may apply.
Our professional roach control service includes an initial treatment to eliminate active roaches, including German cockroaches, followed by quarterly treatments for prevention.
Results can be seen within days of treatment, but complete control often requires ongoing service, which is included in our annual pest protection plan.
It’s normal to see some activity after treatment as the product affects the roaches. Our follow-up services ensure full elimination over time.

Crickets
Crickets are covered under our general pest service.
While crickets are common outdoors, they may accidentally enter homes. They enter buildings through open doors and windows, cracks around poorly fitted windows, in foundations, in siding, and spaces under doors, so it may be difficult to find the exact point of entry.
Like all insects, they come into the home looking for food and water. They find little cracks around doorways and windows, plumbing pipes and utility lines. Basically anywhere they can find a way in.
While crickets aren’t dangerous, their chirping can be a nuisance, and they can damage fabrics and paper. Our service prevents and controls cricket activity year-round.
With crickets, the best remedy is to create and maintain a barrier around your home. If they migrate into your yard, regular treatment will eradicate them.

Flea infestations can take 2–3 treatments to fully eliminate. Our quarterly service ensures continued protection.
Flea eggs can lay dormant for up to a year in a home, especially in carpets. Because of that, even if you get rid of the adults, they have a tendency to come back.
Yes, our treatments are pet-safe once dry. We recommend coordinating with your vet for additional pet care during treatment.

Hornets are covered under our general pest service.
Hornets are aggressive stinging insects that can pose a serious risk to people and pets, especially when nests are built near homes or high-traffic areas. We’ll guarantee the safe removal and treatment of hornet nests, reducing the danger of painful stings and preventing them from returning.
Yes, we safely remove hornet nests and apply treatment to prevent them from rebuilding near your home.
Hornets have stingers used to kill prey and defend hives. Hornet stings are more painful to humans than typical wasp stings because hornet venom contains a large amount (5%) of acetylcholine.
Individual hornets can sting multiple times; unlike typical bees, hornets and wasps do not die after stinging because their stingers are not barbed and are not pulled out of their bodies.

Rats & Mice are covered by our general pest service agreement.
Mice and rats are remarkably well-adapted for living year-round in homes, food establishments, and other structures. Homeowners are especially likely to notice mice and rats during winter, following their fall migration indoors in search of warmth, food, and shelter. Once established inside a home, they can be extremely difficult to control.
Many infestations are effectively eradicated within the first couple of treatments.
Look for droppings, scratching sounds, chewed materials, and foul odors. Our initial inspection helps confirm the issue.
Yes, rodents are included in our general pest control program with ongoing monitoring and treatment.

Scorpions can be dangerous, especially species like the bark scorpion, which deliver venomous stings that may require medical attention. We can provide targeted treatments and home sealing strategies to reduce scorpion activity and protect your family from unexpected encounters.

Under most conditions outdoors, spiders are considered beneficial because they feed on insects. However, they are undesirable to most homeowners when indoors, and the unsightly webbing spiders use to catch insect prey usually outweigh this beneficial behavior. From black widows and recluse spider to hobo spiders and all the rest, we’ll exterminate them.
We treat for every type of spider - brown recluse spiders, black widows, daddy long legs, wolf spiders & hobo spiders.
Our spider control service includes web removal, residual sprays, and quarterly treatments to keep them away.
It's unlikely for a human to die from a spider bite. Hospitalization might be necessary if bitten by a brown recluse or black widow spider.

Wasps are typically less aggressive than hornets but still sting. We treat both under our general pest control plan.
